The council meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm in the District 20 Fire Station Training Facility: (map)

There is a quarterly public meeting the third Tuesday each quarter (in Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct). Meetings are held at 7:00pm in the downstairs of the Skyway VFW Post 9430: (map)

Note: Starting January 2008, there will be an audio recording of quarterly meetings posted on the web site, on the "Minutes" page (see below). This will enable those people who were not able to attend to know what transpired, and it will give everyone access to the great information that is often shared.

Per the bylaws, elections are held for West Hill Community Council Board at the April public meeting.
