Skyway Solutions (external) is a community group dedicated to helping the community in a variety of ways, following the Community Agenda for Revitalization developed in 2009. There are several volunteer opportunities- and if you have a project you'd like to tackle, they can support it.
There are also many activities that are being considered by the council and are only waiting for someone to spearhead the effort. There just aren't that many people on the board. There are many capable people in our community, and as they say, "many hands make light work". Besides, as a community, the more people who are involved (even the slightest bit), the better. We welcome anybody who wants to help with:
- Graffiti/cleanup . . Want to move beyond making this part of the semi-annual cleanup days? (graffiti cleanup work is especially effective if done right after the graffiti appears)
